As a Corporation you are responsible for planning several events per year, including Holiday Parties, Anniversaries, and Conferences. These are items that are specific to the type of company function and often involve finding the right mix of budget, location, and vendor availability. We can coordinate these items, including specialty events, for any corporation or any size.
My boss wants me to setup a party for our 10th Anniversary, where do I start? The first thing to do is find out what your boss really likes. What does your company focus on? What are the budgetary goals for this party? Do you want to stay local or can you travel? It's all pertinent, once you've got those answers give us a call to discuss.
I work at a law firm and we wanted to do something in house, is there a way to setup a party in our office? How large is the office? How many people? Anything is possible but you may be limited as to how many people can attend, check the fire codes, check the size of the building, and parking spaces. If it's a large party and involves more than your office capacity we may be able to do it in another venue or if large enough keep it there. We'll help you out.
I need to organize a family trip for my employer any ideas? Well of course! We can help with their trip, all we need to know is when they want to travel and what they like to do.
My company is flying us all to the Bahamas for a merger celebration, do you have accommodations for 50 guests? That is a large group! We do have some villas that may be able to accommodate you all in several villas or we can work with our vendors in organizing a resort that would be specific to your needs. This is something we can help with absolutely.
We want to rent out the Vizcaya in Miami for a large party with a nautical theme, can you do it? Yes we can do it, but the Vizcaya needs to be rented at least 8 months to one year in advance, so please let us know the dates so we can make sure that plan will work. If not we will recommend another option in the area.
We are doing team building, we wanted to rent a lodge or private reserve? That is a great idea! We have some amazing lodges and reserves you can rent, as well as private islands within the USA. Give us a call to start getting some ideas and quotes.
